The Original Milano's Pizza

2023: Cynthia was great on the phone, prompt service and delivery. Food was fresh and hot. Ordered a Traditional with extra cheese and pepperoni with a 2 liter of Starry. Was a little disappointed no plates or cups with this order. Staying in a hotel we needed them! Open till 2am, which was nice since our event wasn't over until 11pm. Overall, would recommend still! 7 years ago: Our family of five are in town for the St Patrick's Day parade and Disney on Ice. Staying at the Double tree not really sure where to go for 'family friendly' food...they delivered to our hotel. Super friendly. Prompt. And thoughtful.. They included plates, napkins &cups for us! Great food! 10 thumbs ups !!

Our flight got in late and we were worried about finding someplace to eat with our children. Walked in the door and we were welcomed by the sweetest person we’ve ever encountered! Cynthia was a refreshing, kind, welcoming, soft, sweet human after an exhausting day. She helped us with some great recommendations and let us know to get a drink from the bar as it was closing soon. All the food was delicious! We had pizza, spaghetti, and buffalo chicken tenders. YUM. The manager was overly accommodating and friendly! The world needs more people like Cynthia ♥️

Hands down the best buffalo chicken pizza in the city. I've been getting this pizza since college 10 years ago and has been concictely the best in Pittsburgh. Franks has a close second but they are different pies. Franks is soft and chewy and their ranch is top notch, milanos is so hearty and crispy and those buffalo fries WOW! Can't go wrong with either but milanos has been a staple in my foodie life for many many years and never once disappointed!

We stopped there after the Duran Duran concert to wait out the traffic. It was our first time, and we were extremely impressed with the pizza. We each ordered a slice of pepperoni & it was everything we'd hoped in a pizza. It was hot, fresh, thin & cheesy. Great flavor, too. Loved how you placed an order, then waited for them to call out your number. Felt old school style. We'll definitely stop back in if we're ever in the area again.

First time here. It was worth the years wait to visit. Best pizza ever. I got mushrooms and onion on my half. The onions were still perfectly crispy but cooked to perfection. The cheese, I don't know how to describe it. It tasted so.... CLEAN. Does that make sense? So pure and delicious. I never eat pizza crust but y'all, ya. I wouldn't chage a thing except for the location. Haha! Inside though, it was so clean and just old fashioned 90's SIMPLE. I HIGHLY recommend this place. A little pricy but so worth it. I have nothing more to say other than, I cannot to come back!!!!!

Conveniently located on the south side of PPG Paints Arena. We stopped in after the John Mayer concert and oh boy, did this place fill up!! We were one of the first to place a pizza order and I’m glad we were. The pizza was very good, nothing to write home about. The atmosphere could use a little TLC, but all in all a neat place.
