Lights are on web site says open until 11pm and doors are locked! Amazing, you spend that much money on a restuarant and close early AND leave the lights on! Wont be back here again no wonder McDonalds beats you out!! Looks like from other reviews you have a big problem! Doubt you will be around long unless you get new management

There were only 2 ladies working at lunch time today and I saw 3 people leave during the time I waited for my order. I ordered and paid thru the kiosk. They were out of the hand-breaded chicken and frozen lemonade but substitutes were easily made. This store needs more help working during the lunch hour.

The slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to! The guy was ringing up food and touching his hair with the same gloves he used to make the food! I don’t eat fast food but I was picking up an Uber Eats order here 🤢🤮.

This place is consistently slow, backed up and the staff are never friendly. They make you feel like you are burden when all you ordered was a sandwich. It wasn't a special sandwich, not a custom order, no drink, and no fries, but you would have thought I ordered the entire menu and everything needed something special done to it. Save your money and time by going right down the street to Jimmy John's or one of the other close by restaurants.

First, let me state that I have never liked Burger King food but I was with other people so this was not my choice. They weren't busy, we were the only customers in line but the person who brought our food to the counter just threw our food on the counter like it was the big lunch rush. I honestly thought the beverages were going to splash out of the cups the way she was handling them. Also, all I ordered was mozzarella sticks and they were cold.

We ordered chocolate mini shakes -- Got served vanilla mini shakes , We , politely , brought this fact to the restaurant manager's attention And WE were told directly out of the MANAGER's mouth that they were chocolate. He refused to correct this , but did offer US a different drink. AFTER , WE came back up to the counter to complain about this a second time. He gave US one replacement drink -- but , WE ordered two (2) mini shakes. Truthfully explained by Mr. Joel M. Peoples , jr.

Most of the staff cooking/preparing the food were standing around while people were waiting and no one in line. My nuggets were half cooked. One of the guys preparing food was wearing his pants low exposing his boxers. The ladies at the register were taking orders and bagging food while the gentlemen in the back were talking more than working.

The food was great but it seems like a lot of people got the wrong bag, or just had a long wait. I witnessed the staff serving things off that they ACTUALLY handed out in reality about 5 minutes later than usual. No complaints about the food, it was yummy, just seems like the staff was not anywhere near on the same page with each other.
