Napoli’s Pizza & Restaurant

The food tasted homemade. It reminded me of the family owned neighborhood restaurant in Little Italy. It is some of the best in DFW, hands down. The bread knots are addictive. Our meals were fantastic. The negative was that each entre looks better than the next. It makes it hard to choose. The service was on point. I look forward to enjoying Napolis as soon as possible. The outdoor seating must be great in warmer months. If the tables and bar are full, there's not really a place to wait. However, full tables and bar are a good indicator as to how amazing Napolis is.

The quality to price ratio is very low. I spent $20 on the seafood alfredo, and it was okay. I think the shrimp and scallops might have been a bit overcooked, but the clams were great! The garlic rolls, on the other hand, were abysmal. I couldn't believe how bland they were. There was absolutely nothing happening there. A side note: my friend is allergic to dairy, and ordered the spaghetti, which was labeled as vegan on the menu. However, it came out with parmesan cheese on top, and when she informed them of her allergy and asked for a new one, they returned only a minute later with the dish. The pasta and the sauce were stirred together this time, so we had a strong suspicion that they just scooped off the parmesan and mixed up the pasta to make it look like a new plate. A reminder, my friend is ALLERGIC to dairy. We can't confirm if that is actually what happened, but we believe that is what they did.
