At DFW: Tiffany was my server and she was FANTASTIC! She was friendly, attentive, and recommended three incredible items from the menu for me! Brisket, Jalapeno Grits, and the Burnt Ends Chili! OMG!!! She, and the quality of the food turned a bad travel day into a good one! Be sure to stop here if you're passing through DFW!

This place has an upscale cool vibe but yet not uptight. We ordered the 3 meat platter, a hickory burger medium rare and brisket Mac and cheese. They were all great. They have a nice happy hour and the house cab is by Man and I'll be looking for it at the store for home. They make a mean martini and the service was friendly. What a nice find! Please note that they are closed Sundays. I can't wait top come back.

Went here on the advice of a friend, and I'm sure glad I did. This place is pretty amazing. The first thing that gets you is the aroma of the smoke in the parking lot outside. It's not overpowering at all, and it gives you a great idea of what you can expect inside. We had a selection of dishes off the menu that included smoked brisket, sausage, smoked turkey, sliders, tacos, beans (with bacon), and buttermilk pie for dessert. Everything (and I do mean everything) was exceptional. The flavors were amazing, and the way old-school bar-b-q was mixed with new concepts made for an excellent dining experience. The service was also very, very good. If you're in the area around the North Dallas Tollway and Sam Rayburn, I highly recommend stopping in at Hickory.

Ate at the Air Port resturant and it was absolutely fantastic! It took me more than 3 years of practice to master brisket smoking at home and this place is as good or better. The rub is outrageous and it's melt in ur mouth tender and delicious. If you don't eat here you are missing out. Kudos to the owner supporting the Armed Forces! The USO sent us over and they gave me and my friend the military special.... we both have over 20 years of service with combat tours and truly appreciate the support given by Hickory. Thank you so much!

I ate there today and was unimpressed with the food. I had chicken that I assumed would be a chicken breast, only to get white and dark meat. The taste was very dull. Service was good but I had hoped when the waitress asked if I enjoyed it and I told her that I didn't, that I would have been offered something in return. There may be better items on their menu but I will be reluctant to try this place again.

OK everyone knows its more expensive in an Airport and i know about it after 15 years on the go, but i beleive there should be a limite to getting ripped off. The breakfest was good if we can say so for 2 little strippes of bacon, only 2 half toast to eat 2 eggs, no more ashbrown available and a cold coffee that i had to waite the sugar for it. All this for à big 16.88$ + tip. Sorry but never again Hickory.
