Goodfella's Wood Fire Pizza

There were only one other table full when I was there at lunchtime and still I got really poor service. I tried their pizza. The crust wasn't bad but I thought they forgot the sauce - then I searched and found a small dab of sauce under the (FEW pieces of) pepperoni. I will generously classify this food as edible.

Goodfellas is an Italian Pizza/Bar.... The service wasn't bad. The owner though walks around with that Racist Goodfellas attitude. Wow some might say. I was in this establishment for about an hour and there were 18 patrons in the building. The owner greeted everyone and came by to check on everyone to make sure they were enjoying their time. Not once did he come and ask the only Black guy in the restaurant if I was ok or just to say Hi, just simple courtesy. He made every attempt to avoid making eye contact with me. Very disappointing experience. I guess that's why its called Goodfellas. Plano/Frisco Blacks don't go to this establishment if you are looking for common courtesy and respect/acknowledge.

Absolutely amazing! If you want real authentic Italian with the best atmosphere that reminds you in NY, this is the place to be!! The food was spectacular and even though it was a busy Friday night, the service was just as great! This is my new favorite place and I recommend the sausage and spinach ravioli....: Oh my goodness!!!

This isn't real estate, you are in the service industry. Foolishly dependent on LOCATION, rather than SERVICE and HOSPITALITY. This business has forgotten customers are a blessing in a highly competitive market, Plano/Frisco. Contacting ownership tomorrow. Received partial service due to my age, 23. Bar MANAGER aggressively reacted with a patronizing tone to my complaint and displayed an inability to maintain her composure. Positioned the narrative in such a way she was doing us a favor for the correction of their INEPTNESS. UNACCOUNTABLE for unacceptable service. Called security when I disagreed with her assessment, and attempted to portray me as hostile?? Security literally apologized for service, and walked away. Manager PROVOKINGLY laughed as I regrettably walked out of the restaurant with my pizza. Absolutely shocking....did not feel like a paying customer.

Return visit after many many months. Last time here was before their fire in Dec 2014. After the remodeling and repairs it looks even better now. Five TVs to watch the games (biggest one over the bar). Prompt seating and service during Sun lunch Nov 2015. We got side salads and one Mediterranean pie and took home two slices for leftovers. And we used Groupon coupons which made the meal even cheaper.
