Ben & Jerry's

The staff here is so friendly - every interaction with them has been a pleasure. They made the most adorable cake for my daughter's birthday - a dog on roller skates. It was delicious, duh, and it was so, so cute and exactly what she wanted. I will be back for snacks and for the next birthday cake I need!

Horrible, horrible service tonight! The girl had so much attitude when taking the order. When I asked what her issue was, she screamed that she had been there since 5am and she "was tired!!!!!" I can't even say her name bc of course she wasn't wearing a name tag. I told her that if she didn't like it then she didn't have to be there.... I'm not sure how you can talk to customers like that and still have a job....I probably interrupted whatever she was listening to in her ear....anyways... I don't recommend this location. We are from the little elm area so it was sad to have driven here and be treated like that. Will go to Handel's in the future, I heard they're great! Edit: strange that after "reviewing film" you can't hear her saying any of the stuff she said to us. It's ok I will send you the tiktok link for the video we took of her and then maybe you can hear the "misunderstanding". I hope you can take reviews from your customers and react with your employees next time. Remember that customers pay your and your employees' bills!

My family loves Ben and Jerry’s ice cream as well as I, so I decided to try out their cakes for my son’s birthday. I was not happy with the look. The taste of the cake was ok. I would prefer to have a cake layer as it is an “ice cream cake”. For the design alone, I would probably never order another cake from Ben and Jerry’s. Not sure if it was the staff working that day or if all designs come out as bad as my sons cake. You can look at their website and compare.
