Not sure what's going on with this location. Second time incorrect order although being ordered correctly. First tune, ordered hot beverage I received a cold drink. Today, clearly said no ice but received a cup full of ice. I will avoid this location in the future.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. This location messes up my order 100% of the time that I go to it. It's big mistakes, too. They always make my non-dairy drink with dairy, which causes me problems that last all day. As a former long-time partner, there is just no excuse for the amount of mistakes this location makes.

Order was wrong- twice. Paid for an over priced vanilla shake when I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Crème Frappuccino. Will NOT be back to this location.

Horrible place to go lately. When you have 5 other Starbucks within 4 miles you'd think you'd do everything to keep your customers but nope. 3 strikes in a month and I am not wasting my money at your location anymore. I actually watched the employee make my drink then lie about making it correctly this morning. My drink is very easy to make and when I'm the only one in there waiting for their order kinda hard not to notice/pay attention.

Great place to kick back, read a book and some coffee. Staff are friendly and plenty of space to sit.

You get to buy a starbuck and see what they give you when you order an extra caramel. It is only one person who tells you not to uncover the glass and what he did is that he gave me another glass to put in the one that had given me everything dirty just because it is very busy. I don't come here anymore and I think it makes it constant

Great customer service. And outstanding speed for the amount of ppl that come thru. I believe I sat there for 30 mins and seen about 200 ppl flow in and out including the drive thru. Great job.
