Disappointed on the continued use of ovenware in place of tableware. Degrades the whole experience. Service was typical. I ordered a dill pickle. Cashier voiced the order back to the kitchen. As you can see, no pickle. They mess that up about 90% of the time.

This place usually has good food and good service. However, on March 27th my wife placed an online order for me to pick up. I get there at the time they indicated it would be ready and I am told that they have no such order and that she must have ordered from another location. I go home without any food and my wife calls this location. They now have the order ready to be picked up. Told them I was not going back a second time as it is a 15 drive in traffic and cancel the order. They said they would cancel it, but the charges have never been reversed.

Quick and accurate service here compared to other McAlister’s locations in DFW. The manager here is always visible and working alongside the staff. You can tell the manager cares and hustles to provide a great customer service experience for guests.

Food wasn't bad. Order Taker was rude and working with a Nosebleed and paper towel stuffed in his nose

Great customer service at this location and the food comes quick. It is not thrown together either. I ordered this and as I sat down the food was behind me with a masked, employee who you could see loved their job.

Great place to go. Love the service and the food. N dessert the cookies n brookies n cinnamon cookies all great. Great staff n food served very fast!♥️😁

The staff here was very friendly. The food was exactly as we ordered it. The Ruben was delicious and my wife got the turkey sandwich with Mac and cheese and that also was very good. It's nice to see friendly employees who actually seem to care. The inside was clean and we'll kept.
