Starbucks

Baristas are very nice and patient, they were talking about different flavor profiles and trying each other's experimental drinks today, it was a nice vibe. Store is well staffed and clean... But this place is freezing!! I get that it's very hot outside but please turn the thermostat up just a little.

This is a really solid Starbucks in Plano! I’ve been coming here for years. It has a drive thru and a large sitting area inside. The store is always super clean and the staff is really friendly! I’ve never had any issues with my drinks or any food I’ve gotten. My orders are usually prepared really fast and the drive thru lines move quickly as well. Overall, if you want a solid Starbucks with a great track record. This is your place!

This is my favorite Starbucks in Plano! The manager is absolutely the best manager Starbucks can have: professional, friendly, dedicated, polite, team builder, definitely lead by example! I am glad that Starbucks brought him here from Lewisville location! Also, there is a lady supervisor is awesome as well. Thank you for the great service and the excellent products!

I’ve been coming to this location for 8+ years. Each year it’s slacking more and more. I decided to skip the drive thru line which was horrendous, and was the only one in line inside the store. I counted exactly 7 employees, no one even made contact with me. They were all in a group talking, very loudly. Not once did anyone look at me. I stood there much longer than I should have. As I turned to go out the door the manager came over to help me. She was nice but she shouldn’t let that go on, especially with the ridiculous line of cars wrapped around the building and no one is working

I order iced mocha cream on top. The employee get it wrong and put half cream on the coffee and after they find out they didn’t make a new one to me but just put whipped cream on the previous drink and the taste is horrible. I order iced mocha more than 10 yrs and that is not what I ordered before. Starbucks is going down. This is the continued 3rd time I am not satisfied with my super expensive coffee!

The baristas recently asked me to stop ordering so often to “save some for the other customers” The great thing about that is my order has no affect on what others buy. I returned a drink that had completely separated (curds and all) and asked it to be made again They returned to me: 1) The same drink 2) in a different cup 3) with a dirty lid. On top of that, their baristas gave me a lemon loaf when I asked for a lime bar. I know the two fruits are very easy to confuse with each other. Starbucks has raised its prices so much in the past two years that they should be more than able to afford making my order correct. This location has gone down the gutter with the new manager. Do better 👎👎
