Cold Stone Creamery

It is a fun experience coming to this Cold Stone everytime! Unlike what other reviewers have said about this location, I think the employees are very friendly and listen closely to make my order delicious every time. My children also like coming here. It is busy on Saturday nights, but you can get your ice cream within 10 minutes. Additionally, on weekend nights the line is out the door, which really says something about their product. You very rarely find a place where the line for food is out the door. The long line also ensures that the food is kept fresh. I have seen them make fresh waffles in the store, and I know that other ice cream stores don't. This is by far my favorite Cold Stone and my favorite ice cream shop.

My husband and I were on date night craving for cold stone so we came to this location. However, when we walked in, the place was so dirty and nasty. It was waffle mix and left over waffle all over the waffle area including dripping on the walls. The cake freezer looked like it had not been cleaned in months and the Ice cream did not look fresh. Therefore, we walked back out the door and lost our craving for the night. We have to teach the younger generation how to take pride in their work ethics, get off the phones, some one should take the to clean throughout the day. This was not the only time I've been to this location and the place was not clean. Either close the location or revamp. I usually don't post reviews but I was so disappointed.

Great place to stop, grab delicious ice cream and walk around Legacy Village and the Shops At Legacy. Hugely popular on the weekends, so expect crowds and lines full of families and small children. Prices are reasonable, and staff is friendly, sometimes stressed and slow just because of the summer crowds and nagging customers. Understandable. I've never had a bad experience here. Definitely recommended.

Good ice cream, poor service. We came in 30 minutes before close. There were 2 employees, one of which was cleaning up for the night and the other serving a friend. I stood there with my party for a while, both employees keeping busy. Only when the one serving her friend came over to help did the one who was cleaning come to help too! She could have helped before??? It also took 3 tries of asking for extra spoons for them to notice and comply.

Very very weird experience. I came in at around 1:30 PM on April 17, 2018. There was a girl working with a rose tattoo on her hand ( no big deal I love tattoos just want management to know who I’m talking about.) We waited in the store alone (no other customers) for probably 5 minutes give or take without anyone saying a word. After the girl came out, her attitude was terrible. It seemed as if it bothered her to come out and say hi. When trying to decide a flavor, when we said “Oh we’re just looking.” , I guess she didn’t hear us so she rolled her neck and asked “Excuse me.” in a very rude tone. There was no general customer service small talk, no “thank you”, no basic manners what so ever. Will not be returning regardless of how close it is to my house. Anyone who’s is looking to avoid bad customer service and not looking to pay for people to be rude should avoid this location at least at this time.

I absolutely love Cold Stone. I frequent them often and can't get enough of their ice cream. It's the best around. Yum. But this location was the dirtiest Cold Stone I've ever seen. Behind the counter was disgusting. Ya'll need to take a serious look at this location and fix it. We were shocked how gross the store was.
