Snappy Salads

I just have to say HOW MUCH I love @snappysalads! I feel full of RICHNESS and WEALTH! When I eat your salads! I feel whole and so complete! Your food not only makes us look well on the outside but what it does on the inside is TRANSFORMING! Thank you SO MUCH for your food! We appreciate you!!! SO MUCH!

I order from this location frequently through Door Dash. Did y'all get new employees over the past 5 days? My first delivery was completely wrong. It was my receipt on the bag but someone else's salad in my bag. I did a redelivery through DoorDash and on the second attempt, I was missing the dressing and the sides and condiments. It was just bland salad and missing items. The third redelivery was to replenish the missing items so I could eat my meal and I was STILL missing items! Three times to correct it and my meal didn't come out correct on any of them. Whoever was running mobile orders today totally failed at reading receipts. I did make a formal complaint to their corporate and to DoorDash.

I am a regular customer. But new staff (probable) completely threw me off today. I usually get salad with Chipotle Ranch and when the person mixed the dressing, I was not very sure and clearly asked 'Is it chipotle ranch' and the person said yes.. But when I reached office and tasted, it was something else.. probably chipotle lime vinegerette. Spoiled my lunch due to the stupidity of one individual . Vinegerrettes don't go with my digestive system. No more visits to snappy ..

Tasty salad and enjoyed the vibe of the place. I felt like the dressing was the perfect amount to add flavor but not make my salad a dressing swimming pool. I had the bam bam salad and my wife had the grilled avocado salad (see pics). We both enjoyed our meals! My wife also liked the purse hooks under the tables. That aside, I found the menu hard to navigate and understand all the options (there are many). In addition, I felt like it was a little pricey for salads (it's frisco). I'm glad we ate in the restaurant because the 'to go' boxes seemed very small. I would suggest using round togo boxes with domed lids. The salad felt much more substantial in the stainless bowl provided while eating in. All in all, a worthwhile healthier option!

I'm a sucker for a good cobb salad, and regularly have tried them all over the country. However, this is one of my favorites, especially for the money, it's a steal! I'm just not crazy about onions or tomatoes, so I subbed (for no cost) for cucumber and olives, mmm om nom nom nom lol 😁😂😂 I tried this once before, but was not bold enough to try their darby cobb vinagrette. BIG MISTAKE! It's delicious people, try it! Mildly salty smoky bacon-like, with a little tang, and light vinegar finish. Only negative thing I could say is the cucumber was a little bitter because the peel was still on.
