Teriyaki Madness

Purchased a large beef bowl last night. Was extremely excited for dinner. Got home & took a bite & was very disappointed. Rice & meat was mushy & tasted weird. Took two more bites to check if I was mistaken & even asked my fiancé to taste & she stated the same results. I immediately refrained from finishing the rest && not even 10 minutes after my stomach was in shambles. About 25 mins later I was bent over the toilet releasing my insides. It was horrible. Definitely poor quality food was given && poor cook to not notice the meat was bad or it had been sitting out. Now I’m calling for a refund & they never pick up the phone. Ridiculous

Tracy was phenomenal at providing customer service when we entered the store. It was my first time eating at Teriyaki Madness, and Tracy recommended her favorite menu item when we asked for it. Tracy is very personable and made my friend and I feel welcomed from entry to exit. Tracy gave us a wait time for our food and conversed with us the entire time we were in the store, without making us feel bothered.

Went here about 3 weeks ago and the spicy chicken bowl with brown rice was pretty good. Went back about a week ago at about 7:45 pm and they said everything on the menu would take about 20 minutes. I was looking for something fast so i passed and went to Halal Guys next door. Tried again tonight at almost 8 pm and same thing happened. I guess they start shutting down the kitchen early even though they're supposedly open until 9. Both times, other customers also walked out after hearing they'd have to wait 20 minutes. Teriyaki Madness are losing business and Halal Guys thank you for sending them customers.

Bummer…Long wait for an incomplete dish. I was really looking forward to this lunch. Disappointment 1: warned at the ordering counter that it would take 35-45 minutes. Appreciate the heads up but whaaaaaaat? The phrase “fresh to order” doesn’t buy you 45 minutes where I’m from. Disappointment 2: I ordered teriyaki chicken bowl, received chicken and veggies and rice for sure, not a drop of sauce, and no sauce on the side, not so much as a cup or a packet in the tied shut bag. Disappointment 3: As I tried to enjoy my sauce less chicken the fork stapled in half, really really low quality plastic wear although a small issue really topped off the experience as a negative one.
