Einstein Bros. Bagels

I've been in without incident but today I watched as several customers got their orders before me and all I had was a bagel. I would have understood if they were call in orders or just drinks but each person that placed their order after I did had more to their order. And somehow...the food was cold. I ate it in the parking lot. I won't be returning to any Einstein locations.

First of all, no one greeted us or thanked us for our order. After waiting almost 20 min for 2 sandwiches I ask how much longer on our order. The guy goes over and picks it up. I said oh it's just been sitting there all this time? I get a "yeah sorry" that's it. Open the sandwich and it so soggy from just sitting there. I won't come back to this location, I don't think anyone should come to this location, let it shut down. Maybe they will learn to call out orders when they see it's been sitting there over 10 min.

I went here for breakfast because my wife was delivering a baby right down the street. The staff had two ladies at the front taking orders. You could feel the tension between them. They did NOT like each other. It made it kind of awkward. The food was... Bleh. I ordered a bacon and egg brunch special. The bacon was thin and not seasoned well. The "hash brown" was a clump of compressed potatoes. Not good. I ordered a Cold Brew Vanilla Sweet Cream coffee. The lady up front gave it to me and said, "you fill up your own cream over there and pointed to an area inside." It was bad. All in all. My food was edible. I hadn't eaten real food in a day since I was at the hospital. I don't now if I would give Einstein Bros Bagels a second chance. I hope your experience is better than mine.

I use to really enjoy this bagel place, but I think the time has come for me to take my money eslewhere. Don't get me wrong, I'll always purchase Einstein Bros. Bagels, THEIR GREAT... just not at this specific store. Today was the third negative experience I've had at the same place so I decided to write a review. The service could have been a lot better. I did not get to choose the specific Bagels I wanted ( they didn't even ask me). And the place did not even have a good variety (the racks were mostly empty). But, even with all of that, what really convinced to give a two star rating was the way my bagels were cut, or a better word would be destroyed. The second star is there because the place is still a cozy place to sit down and eat, I know for a fact that manybpeople enjoy it. But please find a way to cut bagels more efficiently. In the future, I'll visit again and consider to give this store a better rating. Just remember to give DELIGHTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep the client happy, smile, and treat them like if they were royalty even if you don't truly feel it. If the customers are happy, they'll keep coming and bring more people and your business grows.
