No direction when you walk in the door. So we sat ourselves (party of 3) Family oriented...however outside service is non-existant (in my experience). Had to go inside to get drinks for the party of three I was with. When we finished said drinks the hopes of being noticed were not addressed. So the female of the group asked about food service at the inside bar as she used the restrooms (signs for feminine napkins prominently and aggressively displayed that patrons were the problem to the flushing issues were more important than service) were followed up by.....no service for 20 minutes after. Needless to say we left not eating, drinking the round of drinks I got on my own from the bar inside. Only reason I gave two stars was the bartender was quick with my drinks. Don't get me wrong...the staff were busy enough (though not terribly) but the leadership of this place....is not worthy or patronage. Go at your own risk.

The vibe is great but the food is mediocre. I ordered the chicken and waffles, the waffle was underdone and both the chicken and eggs were overdone. The ensemble was good but definitely did not live up to it's potential. My wife ordered the garden skillet and pancakes. The skillet was pretty good definitely nothing wrong with it. The pancakes were standard well made but nothing special.

We usually hit up the Hub after Plano Wine Walk. They offer great food and drink specials to end our night! Half price appetizers if you get your orders in by 10 pm. They also offer half priced bottles of wine to top off all the samples you just had during the wine walk. They also offer drinks specials to compliment the theme of wine walk. Last night’s theme was Hawaiian Luau! Thus, the fruity drinks with umbrellas that were delicious!
