Whataburger

I had been unhappy with many visits to different Whataburgers over the last few years. But I visited this location twice in the last couple days, and was very pleased. Had a breakfast honey chicken biscuit. It was very good. And then I got a double cheeseburger. The drive through lane was a little slow, but not terrible. The cheeseburger was very good and loaded with toppings. They have restored my faith in whataburger. I will return to them.

UPDATE June 2022: WOW! Its been forever (Apr 2020) since we have been here. This was one of the first places that had a drive-thru open after start of virus crises. Now as the character Jules Winnfield says in movie 'Pulp Fiction'; Mmm-mmmm. That is a tasty burger. Vincent, ever have a Big Kahuna Burger? That sums the burgers here. Tough competition in Collin County for your burger appetite which accounts for why we haven't been here sooner. Whataburgers always taste better when you have a generous discount for another burger as a loyalty club member which brought us in. Fast and prompt service. HINT: on hot summer Sunday if you come for lunch the best shade for car can be found next door at Taco Deli as they are closed on Sunday. Park fronting Coit Road. UPDATE Apr 2020 They coping well with the Collin county Covid19 virus restrictions. Only online orders and brought to car when ready or drive-thru. No more walking into lobby for take out. Crowded drive thru lane for Wed lunch to be expected.Love them TX burgers. We have been to this location many times. One of our three favorite burger places for us in Collin County. On this visit three different youth baseball teams came for lunch at same time. Busy place but staff seemed to handle it well. Staff quickly cleaned up when the teams left.

Just spent about 20 mins in the drive thru just so they can give me a completely wrong order. There is always a long wait at this location and Ive had to gone back for either something they forgot or something they did wrong more than once, like today. It is really annoying and inconvenient. I would think with all that time they make us wait they would get something right.
