Mcdonald's

Hi. I, like any other basic white girl, enjoy McDonalds. Most establishment are clean and i think the drive-thru lines could be faster but lets not get into that. I am here to talk about the foods. I am not a picky eater, but i am a strong vegetarian due to my religion. I went to McDonalds with a group if my friends. I ordered a mocha frappe and large fries. I glanced behind the counter and realized i had made a big mistake. I looked back and saw an abomination in front of my eyes. I had to stop and take in the scene. There was cross contamination everywhere. I realized i was not eating a meat free meal and ran to the bathroom crying. bad experience. Traumatizing.

Lousy service and to many flies inside the store, and the shift manager has no since of responsibility, McDonald's is not the same as it used to be. They are serving under cooked food and not listening to the customers when they place their orders. And get the pest guy out there to help get rid of the flies before people start finding flies in their food and drinks.

Fails to get almost anything right, year after year. This location is hard for me to avoid given I've lived a few blocks from it for 20 years. Once again today they proved they couldn't care less about the orders they hand out the window at the drive-thru. I ordered an Egg McMuffin meal. I received the wrong coffee with the wrong sides, cold soggy hash-browns and an uncooked egg I had to throw away. And I only went there today because the McDonald's website specifically shows that they sell the bacon and egg and cheese bagel at this location. They don't, and when I asked about that at the window the lady said something in Spanish over her shoulder and walked away. And now they don't give you a receipt after they stick the card reader out the window at you. Perhaps they are trying to prevent people from calling the feedback number on the receipt and complaining.

They messed up my burger (again) and because it was almost closing time instead of asking if I’d want a refund and telling me they couldn’t make a new one, they used the same exact one I gave back and removed the ketchup and mustard themselves. I know this because I can SEE the residue on certain parts of the meat which I decided to check because it was tasting off. ..What if I was allergic?! This is 100% against food handler guidelines
