Pizza Hut

I just wanted to share my experience from tonight. I came here to pick up food that my parents had placed in, right? Well, I came here and a young man had helped me out and he was polite too. Then, an elderly lady was there to finish the process and I thought I was set to go (because isn't picking up an order like that?). She made me seem like a thief and had raised her voice at me saying not to take the food because I hadn't paid for it yet. I was completely unaware and thought it was paid for online so I called my parents to make sure. While I did this, she made a scene about it and made the other customers wait until I had paid for the food. She could've taken care of them while I had the waters clear with my parents but she did not. Anyways, I paid for the food and she was not polite with this whole transaction (rude in tone), in general, she seemed so careless with customer service. She threw the receipts on the pizza box rather than giving it to me in my hands. I won't come here again to this location. An extra note in general from a person to another person, we should treat others the way we want to be treated. There's a way to approach every situation and it makes all the difference. Throwing receipts and being short with a customer doesn't cut it for anyone. Most of us work and have jobs as well, and none of us should treat another person like that. Love hits better, thank you.

Me and my group of friends went here to get pizza at 7:50, and when we went indoors we were asked if we were going to order, and when we said yes the elderly lady who was helping us angrily asked if we saw the sign on the door, which was a piece of paper said that it temporarily closed at eight. She then began to complain that people need to look at the sign. I found it to be extremely unprofessional especially since the store didn't even close yet, and it made me feel as though I did something wrong. She said that she would still take our order, but at that point our group decided it wouldn't be in our best interest and left.

Usually im some what satisfied however today i ordered a pizza and cinnabon and when i picked up my food, the food the pizza was DRY, HARD and tasted like it had been already pre-made. The Cinnabons were hard as well and lukewarm, not fresh like I've gotten in the past. The tasted reheated. I'm very disappointed and had to get food elsewhere due to the poor old and reheated taste.
