Pharmacy I was in the Pharmacy Sunday having my rx transferred from Tom Thumb to Wslgreens and the female at the register actually threw her pen my way on the counter when it was time for me to sign. I actually thought it was an accident until she did it again with my insurance card. Customer Service is definitely not a pro at Walgreens.

This pharmacy has been my pharmacy for about 6 years, and they definitely do a great job in my experience. They have yet to make a single mistake with my medications, and the customer service is excellent. Since I have had bad experiences at other pharmacies, I even chose to stay with this pharmacy when I moved from 3 miles away to 15-20 miles away. I value and feel gratitude for my health and wellness and the many conditions (including medications) that have continued to keep me healthy and well. My advice to anyone reading this is: find a reliable pharmacy. Your health is worth it.

Three different issues on several days. The first one I wrote corporate about, the second and third problem were recent. All involving managers. I went into the store one night to buy some hair spray and to load my Paypal card. Now this particular cashier I always chit chat with, so when I told him I was going to load my Paypal card, he called the manager over and asked if he would open the other register so that the people behind me wouldn't have to wait. I don't know if the manager misunderstood him, because he decided to take over the transaction and proceeded to ask me to pay first. I was totally confused - all of a sudden he's reaching for my money, I then replied WAIT until I see the total. Mind you, I had my money out ready to pay, but this mgr. didn't know how much I was loading or the total charge. Even the people behind me started saying that wasn't right. I payed for my transaction, said bye to the cashier and left very confused and upset. I was returning something and the cashier was new, so he called the assistant mgr. for help. the A.M. couldn't return the item, so he called manager. The manager was able to get the transaction to go through, but they were trying to give me a Walgreens gift card instead of cash. The manager had already walked away, but the A.M. was still there, so he told the cashier to give me the gift card because there was nothing they could do about it. I asked the A.M. to call the mgr. back over, which he replied NO, either take the gift card or take my item back, he then walked away. I found the mgr. in photos, explained the situation and was able to get my cash back with $1 gift card, for the points that I used to purchase the item. The A.M. and cashier did not know how to return the items, because cash and points were used. That being the case, the A.M. should have called the Mgr. back over to have him finish the transaction, instead of rudely walking away. BTW - totally different mgr. then the first two incident. Walgreens is/was my go to drug store, but either I will have to find another location of start going to CVS.

Purchased a pack of protein shakes from another location 2 weeks ago that had expired in December 2020, returned them at this location and bought fresh ones. Went back today to get more and saw they had put the expired ones I had returned 2 weeks ago back on the shelves. I was very very clear that the reason for the return was that they were expired and showed the date to the cashier who confirmed they were way out of date so no idea why they ended up taped up and back on the shelves.

Everyone has been nice and outstanding until this morning when I picked up my prescription. The lady needs to have a better understanding of what customer service is. She started like a robot telling me all of the prescriptions that weren’t filled who the request was faxed to and they only had one. I stated ok and gave the new doctors name to fax to them. She went off that if We don’t tell them they fax the other doctor that we need to let them know. I couldn’t get in a word she kept rambling on. When I explained I wasn’t arguing with her just letting her know there was a new doctor her comment was “I am educating you”. This not only very rude but condescending. Please educate the young lady with glasses in the drive through on what customer service is.
