Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill

Got a chicken sandwich and wings. The sandwich hand the smallest piece of chicken i have ever seen. The wing were wrong and slimey. Then $92 for 3 beers 2 drinks and the food. If that is not enough a $3 service charge cause i used a card. No wonder there was only 3 people there. Please do not waste your time.

This place has the worst food of any sports bar in the area. I guarantee anyone that says its great is a Homer that works there. The only reason I went there was because of Groupons. All three mediocre at best. There chicken fried steak is the worse I have ever had. There fries are like eating McDonalds fries and mine were not even warm when they were served to me. Don't be surprised when you order food and the price you are charged doesn't match the prices on the Menu. The Owner says he has not had time to update them due to Covid. Thats a really lame excuse. Now as far as being a sports Bar, they have plenty TV's but really only cater to Dallas teams. If the Cowboys are playing all the big screens have to have the Cowboys game per the manager even though there are only 25 people in the whole place. There were 4 or 5 big screens that no one was watching, and I asked if 1 of them could have a game I wanted to watch on it. The Manager said no we will only put that game on a 27-inch TV, and I said that's ridiculous, and she threw me out of the Bar. Funny thing is I had several Cowboys players on my DraftKings lineup, and I had players from another team also. Needless to say, if you only follow Cowboys this place is fine otherwise stir clear of this place. If you want a sports bar with way better TV's and 10 times better food, go to the Shark Club 2 miles to the west of this place. I guarantee you will have a much better experience then you would at Tailgaters (Super Nice Decor Shark Club vs Kind of a Dive Tailgaters).

These are the NICEST, MOST GENEROUS PEOPLE YOU’LL EVER MEET Not just the owners and staff, but the regulars that spend time here. I was stranded with my infant niece, my sister, and my boyfriend in the parking lot and the owners came outside to check on us without any prompting. We were trying to get a rat out of my car and the owners spent 20-30 minutes out there with us trying to get it and come up with a way to secure the rodent. The regulars at the restaurant also came out in groups to help us too. Everyone at this establishment is a genuine human and I would recommend this business to ANYONE asking for a good sports bar with wonderful people.

I called about 20 sports bars in Frisco and Plano to see if they were playing the UFC fight. And if they had a table available. Only one or two of them picked up the phone. This place not only picked up the phone but picked it up two times when I called. I was really lucky to get there at the end of the football game so a lot of people were leaving. I was able to get a great table to watch UFC 270 and watch Francis ngannou win the World Heavyweight Championship. This will be my go-to sports bar for future events.
