Hooters

First time at a Hooters and I gotta say that the food is as good as people say it is. I got the mile high burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. As for the curly fries, I think they'd be better if they were a lot more crispy, but the seasoning on them is amazing. The staff were friendly and relatively good at checking up on us. Overall, this was a great experience.

I had not been to a Hooters in 20 years, but was invited for dinner and this is where we went. We were Greeted by Tiegen and she was very nice. Our Bartenders Taylor and Tierra made us some great tasting drinks, they were also fun to be around. Our Waitress was very attentive. I ordered buffalo shrimp and they were delicious. The Atmosphere was so much fun and I really enjoyed the different genres of music. I will definitely go back to this Hooters. I Highly recommend you go and ask for the bartenders I mentioned.

I don’t know why I continue to return to any Hooters in the entire United States, for any reason, ever. The food is consistently overpriced and poor quality. The service is usually poor. And the outdated, tacky colors remind me of 1989. Went to this particular Hooters today and was by myself on a football Sunday. Which means I was immediately banished to the worst location with the view facing a window and a POS system. I was not drinking so my server was agitated and proceeded to follow up by giving me the bare minimal attention she could get away with. Probably saw a lousy tab after I first only ordered a diet coke. Ordered nachos, and they were terrible. Barely any topping once you removed the 10 ten chips on top. No salsa, just some tomatoes, a few bits of lettuce, maybe two or three beans and perhaps some beef but not certain. They were truly pathetic and about a 4.75 plate for 11.99. Followed that up with some chicken tenders and wings. Equally as bad. Tenders were double cooked, maybe dipped three times to heat them back up. Pretty much fried to the point there was nothing left. And the wings were cold and tiny. Luckily I paid the 3.00 for extra ranch so I could force the dried up tenders down. Server was difficult to find when I wanted to leave. Finally I was blessed with the check after having my card on the table for 15 minutes. Glad to have left. Please let me learn my lesson thos time.

Short staffing at my hotel made early check-in impossible so passed the time at my favorite wing joint! Great food and fun times with other patrons at the bar. Bonus, the bartender,Taylor was phenomenal! Friendly, prompt, professional and helping out all over the restaurant! You better stop in and say 👋 You'll be impressed!

Food was good, only thing I would critique is our waitress was busy talking to other guest which I understand is part of the job, but we were with empty cups for a good 10 min. If she was busy I understand 100% but when they are just sitting at the table talking it kinda ruins the experience of eating. Other than that this has been my go to place

My wife and I decided to stop at Hooters at 720 Central in Plano Texas for lunch today. The location was not very busy but we had to wait 10 minutes before anyone asked what we wanted to drink and another 5 minutes to bring us two glasses of water. And then we were ignored for another 8-10 minutes. Finally we were asked what we wanted an we said we don't know, we have not seen a menu. The waitress pointed at a QR code on an ad stuck to the table that she had put our drinks on and said there's the menu. I told her I didn't want to have to use my phone to look at the menu and she agrees to bring us printed menus. Neither she or anyone else ever returned to out table. A good 8-10 minutes later I saw her pick up a squirt bottle of cleaning agent and start wiping the windows at the back of the place. That's when my wife said she'd wait long enough and I agreed and we left. We wasted 30 -35 minutes in a slow restaurant and NEVER got waited on. Don't waste your time at this restaurant, spend your time at a restaurant that actually wants your business.
