Mcdonald's

Worst service ever. The signs say If we don’t ask you about your McDonalds rewards, get a free pie on us. So when I asked about a free apple pie an employee told me we don’t do that anymore and slammed the window on me. So I sat there until a manager came to the window - he proceeded to tell me the same thing but when I questioned why the signs (all 4 of them) state that you get a free apple pie if they don’t ask - he said he didn’t know. I asked him if they had any apple pies and he said yes so I asked him to give me one. As he turned around he told all of the employees inside that I was ghetto. I have been going to this location for years, but will never go again- the level of disrespect has become unbelievable not to mention I was not requesting free food merely to grant what the menu suggests.

On the outside it seemed like your typical McDonald's restaurant. It was very late at night and I entered the drive through. I sat there for about 10 minutes before someone took my order. I was a little irritated at first, but when I got to the second window I could only see one employee who seemed to be doing everything. Poor lady. She was nice and did everything correctly as far as I'm concerned. It's just a shame that there were no other employees available to help. McDonald's, you need to reshuffle your employees and ensure there are enough at a location, otherwise consider closing it. The Big Mac meal I ordered was fresh and tasted as expected, but I had an issue with the size of the meat patties. When did they get so small and thin? I remember Big Macs being the KING of Burgers as a kid. What happened?? C'mon McDonald's.

Was going to eat in while killing time. This location was short staffed and it took over 20 minutes to get my order. Not going to fault the cashier, he was wearing many hats and doing his best to serve customers but I left and was miffed he needed to charge me for a hot mustard sauce to go with my chicken sandwich.
