Chicken was awesome two weekends ago on a Saturday night around 8pm. I just sent my child to pick up a fresh box of chicken for lunch, and it was old chicken that has been sitting under the heat lamp. 😠Williams I just wish that you guys always Supply good hot fresh chicken to everyone at all times as well as the side items as well. Because you are worth it. Also the receipt had a non working number on it😠

Excellent Drive-Thru chicken! Crust is really crunchy and seasoned just right. Prices are good too! Only 4 stars for not having an 8-piece ready at 5:00 on a Saturday - one should not have to wait for fast food - but I only waited 3 minutes and it was still piping hot when I got it home!
Don't pass them up just because you haven't seen them on TV - this is some great chicken!

They have such a horrible customer service. The lady in the drive thru did not even let me order my orders right. She was rushing me and when I said im sorry i didnt hear that right she started getting loud and saying " I said!". I couldn't even order a drink with my order since I was being rush. My first time being at Williams chicken and im never going back.

all dark meat family 12 pieces was evidently left-overs from previous night. It was cold, tough, and un-eatable. Through it out. No more going there. I Tried calling the manager, but no one answered the phone I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES!!!!

Chicken was fresh and hot but had no flavor. Sides (mac/cheese and dirty rice) were overcooked and be roll was hard.

It was all really good fried chicken and even the fried okra . Jalapeno poppers in the corn fritters were delicious , and don't forget get about those fried apple pies.

Chicken was very hot and fresh. A bit of a wait especially for 12:00pm Sunday (we were the only car in the drive thru). 😒#notevencrowded

Every time we come the staff is so polite. The food is always seasoned perfectly and the prices are excellent. Not a single complaint.
