Domino's Pizza

SCREW EATING AT DOMINOS!!!!! EVERYBODY EAT AT MARCOS PIZZA AROUND THE CORNER… this is my new spot. The management is amazing, I was trying to find a place to eat after I got off late. It seemed as if everything was closed, then I seen Marcos still lit up. I’ve never been here before but these guys working tonight (4/5) really made a difference tonight staying open 12 more minutes for me to get my pizza. I just had a horrible experience at dominos the night before, the kid that worked last night (4/4) is the worst employee I’ve ever seen before… you can tell these guys at Marcos pizza care about the company they work for, or the company cares about them enough to make them happy while at work to do this for me.… I’ll never eat at dominos again… Marcos is in business for the long run…

Update 1/17/22: Got a free pizza so decided to give them another try. Got food poisoning. Going down to 1 star. Food took over an 90 minutes for delivery(est time at order was 30). The tracker was frustrating to watch, as I doubt a quality check is supposed to take 30 minutes alone. Delivery driver wasted my time talking about stuff in my apartment she was staring at, instead of retrieving the item she forgot in the car. Surprisingly my order was correct, although not hot, so a star there.

Extremely dissatisfied with service. Ordered pizza online it stated Ragen was prepping it at 11:04am. Received no more updates from tracking until 11:50am. I contacted restaurant 2 times and no answer. Pizza wasn’t delivered til 12:30pm. Delivery driver was very polite. This Dominos needs new management. Horrible

I must’ve accidentally not entered my apartment number when ordering. Monica the delivery driver decides to give me a call and threaten to charge $500 to my card I provided because her hands are getting “swollen” knocking on everyone’s door. Connor was the only redeemable part of my experience. Connor is jam up! 5 stars just to him.

Order took over 2 hours. When I called to inquire was told they didn’t have chicken and it would take a 30 Min. When I called an hour and a half after I was told the chicken would take 30 minutes to cancel my order the manager was rude and then I was hung up on. When I called every 5 minutes after that I was answered and then hung up on. When I finally got ahold of the manager 2.5 hours later I was told the order was cancelled and I could speak to corporate. Honestly the worse customer service I have every experienced.

I am not ever going back to this store anymore for the way I was treated because of someone else's unable to do his job. This other employee came from his cooking station and threatening me to call the cops because I was telling him how much of a inconvenience it was for me to have to go to the store after I had given him my order because the guy that was talking my order could not process a credit card and kept telling me it was a invalid credit card. This store has lost my business because of one person.

We ordered the pizza while we were at the store, and when we walked in we weren’t acknowledged nor did anyone come but to take our order when we entered. After we got a chance to place our order, the man behind the counter was confused why we were looking at him, and we asked if we could put a name on the order and get a receipt. He told us that it would take 10-15 minutes for us to get our pizza, we ended up waiting for 40 minutes. Since we were waiting in the store, we noticed that some of the staff dealing with the food were not wearing gloves. Also, one of the delivery drivers was eating pizza inside the kitchen, and as he was eating he placed his slices down on a box and gave us our boxes of food. From a food service/health standard, I personally don’t want to come to this location again. They were churning out pizzas and we could tell they were busy - and the food itself came out fine. However, after watching the process of the pizza being made and experiencing the interaction with a few of their employees, i would choose bother dominos location.
