Burger Break

We first went here on a date night for fun - check out a new place. We now order from here a couple times a month. I love the fried mushrooms! My husband loves the wings. I also really like the Break Burger! We have also ordered chili cheese fries, fired cheese stick, jalapenos, shrimp basket, chicken strips, and corn dog bites. We portions are big, price is average, all the food arrives hot, fresh, crisp - no soggy buns and fried foods. The guys are always so nice and polite Quick delivery. Food tastes great! Would recommend this place delivery any day!! Thank you Burger Break and all your great employees - keep up the good work!

Burgers are pretty good but don't waste time with delivery. It took 1 hour, 34 minutes for them to deliver our food!!! If it were complex meals they had to prepare, I might understand but we're talking about burgers & fries here. Web site said 40-55 minutes when we ordered but obviously that can't be trusted. We won't be ordering delivery from them again.

I wanted to support a neighborhood business, these people make it impossible. I'm actually stunned that there are good reviews for Burger Break. I've been here four times, so I know our bad experience was not an off day or a one time thing.The food was OK, but overpriced. My biggest problem here is the service. Starting with the guy at the counter who takes your order. He was extremely rude when my credit card wouldn't go through, I asked him to try it again, it didn't go through again...the bottom line here was they didn't take American Express! Shouldn't he have known that, instead of taking it out on me?? YES! A different time we tried it, we ordered fried mozzarella sticks and they arrived with no dipping sauce, I had to go back to the man at the counter and ask for Marina sauce and he acted like I was from another planet asking for something like that. He walked to the refrigerator and spooned up some ICE COLD Marina sauce for our piping hot cheese sticks and gave it to me. Since they feature a Marinara Burger on the menu, I asked if I could please have the warm Marinara sauce that was right in front of him, again, I got the strange look from him...and rather than just give me a little cup of the warm Marinara sauce that was right there, he put the cold marinara in the microwave and boiled it, then handed it to me on a plate because it was so hot that he couldn't pick it up. Very surly man. On another occasion, my daughter and I were forced to take our food 'to go' because they wanted to close...even though there were other people in the place and they were open for another 40 minutes. I even called them ahead of time to ask what time they close!! These types of things happened every single time we went there. I tried to contact the manager, with no response, same thing with the owner, no response. We gave them four chances...I tried to support them...they're truly terrible.
