Cold Stone Creamery

The chain as a whole is great, but this location is in serious need of new management or something else. We've been twice in the last month, both visits were awful. The most recent visit, they were out of peanut butter cup, banana, strawberry, peanut butter, and napkins. For my wife's dish, they substituted strawberries for withered blueberries. My wife got a small, but so little ice cream was put in that you could see the bottom of the cup all the way around. I asked for a cookie dough added into mine, but it wasn't. TL;DR; They're constantly out of key ingredients and don't bother stocking napkins. They put too little ice cream in the bowl and make the orders wrong.

I asked for a banana split with cinnamon ice cream and the worker said "I am not sure if we can do that, I need to check with my other person working with me" - makes no sense I me whatsoever ever. This is not like any other cold stone I have been in. Everything seemed disorganized and like it was a chore to get something. Food was good but the service needs some help.
