Panda Express

Dine in hours clearly indicated until 9pm. Showed up and front is locked. Staff indicated to use drive thru. I drove through only to speak with the manager. He said they were short staffed so locked the doors. There was no customer inside. Only homeless vagrant sitting in the patio area with a shopping cart full of stuff. One person pulled into drive thru after me. They could have easily accommodated my desire to dine in. If you're not going to allow or follow your own times of operation then update the information on the Google posting for your business or have the courtesy to post a note on the door. This happened to me before at this location so will never return. People like to get out of the house sometime and dine in. Tuesday. April 26, 2022. Evening shift. How hard is it to load my plate, give me a cup and take my money and let me sit inside and eat for 25 minutes??? Especially since I arrived within your dine in hours of operation. Customer service in this country is just dead.

Ordered on the app. Got the plate which would be mushroom chicken and Kung Pau chicken. the vegetables got the combination fried rice and super greens. First of vegetables: the mixed combination Supergreens we’re sparse and not nearly as tasty as usual. The kale was almost nonexistent. Just several large pieces of broccoli. The rice was a bit stale/old tasting and did not have much flavor. I usually like to rice so that was disappointing. The serving size for the entrées was definitely a lot less than usual. To their credit the food was hot and tasted fresh. I just don’t feel like I got my moneys worth compared to when I usually go to panda express. This particular location has been problematic. I may not return.

food was good.. but the customer service.. sigh..! It appears some school going kids are doing the CS job where they make you feel like you knock on their home door middle of the night to beg food. To the management, you need to work on this else you loose returning customers.. the guy who served me was named Sage S on the receipt.

Fast Chinese food! You go through the line and tell them what sides you want(fried rice, steamed rice, vegetables, or chow mein noodles) and then you get to choose your protein. Current options include things like teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, walnut fried shrimp, and broccoli beef. Pretty affordable prices and you even get your fortune told by way of fortune cookie😃

The food is always so good but the customer service is the worst . I had a food from there today and the server the way she act It’s so rude . There is no hi hello or greeting before and after the food from drive through. This is the 3rd time happened with the this girl in the drive through she is so rude . I will never go there . I live like within a mile and I always like the food from them . But I always think Like ok maybe next time I will see another server in the drive through but every time I go I see this girl . The management need to change theirs server in the drive through. We pay to get the food we are not getting free food to get attitude from them .
