We drove all the way from Irving to Plano after hearing lot about padmas kitchen and after going through the great reviews we ordered 4 vegetable pulav's and 3 guttivankaya curry yesterday. Both orders were tasteless and all the cashews were burnt and full of just cloves , attached is the pic of the pulav. After eating some of it our stomach was completely upset the whole night. Seriously I cook way better food than what we bought from here. Waste of my money ,health and time. I doubt about the reviews.lesson learnt,dont go by reviews. Irving restaurants has great selection of varieties and great taste.

Oh my god, terrible experience. Long queues and they then have a number for my catering order. When I called them puja was on sundays and they don’t do orders if the minimum number is less than 50, Ridiculous. All the hype they got ….. just because of that waited for long time. After this terrible never going to these guys. Moreover after looking at the lines and time doesn’t make sense at all. Fix the strategies too.

Had some Chicken 65 (dry), Chicken Curry, Puri, Paneer Masala, and Rasmalai catered from Padma's Kitchen last night. It was simply Delicious. They threw in some Sambar as well and that went well with the Rice. Padma's opened up a restaurant near my house in Coit & El Dorado, Frisco, Texas. Stopped by at the Frisco location 3 mos ago and I think they may have been closed, however look forward to revisiting Frisco location. Keep up the quality & the spice level Padma team. Food is top class no-doubt. Every recipe has a distinct taste unlike most other restaurants where same curry goes on multiple dishes. Yes the timing is odd. Also wish that the owners are courteous enough to let customers standing in the line outside know whether the dishes are going to be available by the time their turn comes. Often the customer is left with no choice but to select what is remaining or go back empty handed after spending min. 20-30 min. In the queue.
