I went here yesterday. Atmosphere is great, but was not greeted at the door. I had to find someone to seat me, then I had to find someone to take my order. I had the breakfast de Brazil. It's appearance was beautiful; however, the empanada had the texture of being microwaved and the eggs were rubbery. Coffee was delish. I had to chase to pay out too. I have had good experiences before. Maybe an off day? I will try again and report back.

The food and coffee selection were amazing. The servers were attentive and friendly. I had the Brazilian breakfast and the chorizo empanada is to die for. Snickerdoodle and vienna strudel are a must try.

Absolutely terrible service. The chicken tortilla soup came out cold, then after waiting 40+ minutes for pancakes during a non-busy time (Maybe only 5 other tables had people sitting at them) we decided to leave. Paid for our drinks only, to now realize they charged us for the meal we never received. This place is a ran by kids who really could care less. The waitress we had, had no idea that after 40 minutes we still did not have our food.
I do not recommend this location at all.

This is a lovely little coffee shop, with about every flavor of coffee you could want. The Brew is very nice, strong if you wanted, and very flavorful. The atmosphere is quite comfortable, and the other customers are very nice. It is very clean. The little treats that they have are perfect complements to their coffee.

I was very disappointed with today's service and food. After sitting ourselves the waiter took a while to get back to us. We didn't get napkins or silverware. I ordered a water twice and got a tea. The waiter was very slow so the manager took over. She was nice but never came back to refill our drinks. Oh, and the guacamole was awful. It was more of an onion and tomato dip.

Service and food were both terrible. The only thing that was good was the kids pancakes. My banana bread pancakes were like warm and the portion was small for the price. My son’s pancrepes were eggy and not at all sweet. After giving my card it took forever to get our check. We will not be back, such a disappointment.
