Phil's Philly Grill

Worst food ever! Do NOT GO HERE! The food is literally expired! We ordered a meal and it was basically frozen food. The bottled drinks are expired. Basically, people only eat here because there’s nothing else open inside of the mall. I would suggest you shop here and eat outside of the mall. There’s tons of options across the street.

We spent $28 on 2 regular sized subs and onion rings. Food taste was decent but WAY over priced. I asked for ranch dressing to go with my Philly and they charged me another $.75 for 2oz…when I told the manager on duty I thought that was ridiculous he did not care. No wonder why this food court is failing and has so many closed booths. Sad for the mall goers

I am traveling for work and our office in Plano uses an app called Relish for us to order our lunches through and I feel that I am getting to try different places with ease! So for lunch I ordered the Cobb Salad (romaine with steak, bacon, avocado, tomato, and feta cheese). The cobb salad comes with chicken, but I paid the $2 more and got steak in place of the chicken, which was perfect! I also added extra avocado. It was the perfect size, but I wish there was more as it was that good. Their sandwiches also looked divine. I know I will be back to Plano, TX in the future, and this is for sure on my list of good food!

Too bad I have to give them one star. I ordered the double double and all I got was a lot of dried up meat with cheese that looked like it had been heated up too much. I could tell what the taste was but the cheese taste as if it was spoiled. I called the company to let them know how disappointed I was and who ever answered the phone told me I was the first person to say the food was not good. I explained this was my first and now my last time I would eat there and he was like ok!!! No consideration that maybe they made a mistake and since I ordered from Foodsby the guy told me that is who I needed to be calling because that is who I paid. I agreed but noted to him that Foodsby did not make the sandwich. I will never order here again and will stick to my usual Jersey Mikes when I want a steak sub.

Excellent sandwich and service! There aren't a ton of places to get a good philly cheese steak on this side of town, but Phil's is it! Bread was soft, but toasted, onions and peppers were well grilled, and the steak was delicious. My daughter also loved the curly fries. Great food and a friendly staff! Will be back!

So delicious & Nutritious. I had a salad, and the lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes were red and the cucumbers crunched like they came straight from the garden. And the lamb was so savory! My husband got the original cheese steak. Meat and bread directly from Philly. Love the authenticity. Be sure to add a little sauce, as they use no oil when cooking the meat. It’s amazing to get five-star quality in a food-court atmosphere. We’ll be back tomorrow
