Subway

I frequent this location as I just work around the corner. The customer service at this location is always terrible. The employees make you feel as if you just ruined their day by ordering a sandwhich. Never a smile, never any eye contact, they all just seem miserable. Today was different...I was greated with a smile, treated very well, and finally have some hope this location will turn it around get rid of the other miserable employees. Management needs to hold on to Brooke, she understands how to treat a customer.

This was my first time going there, and the employee there couldn't have been nicer. Even though he was busy, he greeted everyone that came in, and managed to have a small, yet pleasant conversation with every customer, without it distracting him from making our food. I will definitely be back, Rez definitely makes the best sandwiches!

Update: The service improved a little with two girls working now along with The manager and her mom...They still need to improve the quality of their food.I ordered a Tuna on a flat brad toasted with cheddar cheese.Well the cheese melted but the flat bread did not toast at all....Their tuna salad was creamy with tuna that can be spotted here and there.I am surprised that Subway is still mixing it that way.I used the iced tea decanter with lemonade written on it but All I got was stinking tea from a few day ago that was unsweetened that I had to throw it away after I walked away from the store.What happened to attention to detail people!!! Stopped by for lunch this afternoon and picked up tuna for combo 4 and realized I made a mistake stopping at this place They don't load up the vegetables when they are low and try to stuff the sandwich with the leftovers Their lettuce is transparent and watery and their cucumber are sliced to the thickness of a nano meter. I would nickel and dime customers else were than what I am offering..I got literally two pea sized scoops of tuna for my sandwich, when I said it was too much the manager noticed it and started gossiping with the other worker in Spanish .Their sweet tea decanter was unsweetened in both cans and when I asked about it the lady who calls herself the manager did not apologize and said that she is going to mix sugar and if not I can mix my own and gossiped again with her mom. Fed up with the attitude I confronted her her and said you are not supposed to talk behind the back of the customers ,she said she can speak with her Mom in any language she want. I felt like really...are you kidding me and left the place ....their attitude made me sick to my stomach. I would avoid this place at any cost

I ordered a to go catering order and tried to call to change my time to pick it up. The phone rang over 100 times and a lady answered, started talking to me and hung up on me. I am now calling again and it has rung over 200 times. I will never order from them again. This was at 4:30 on October 14, 2016
