Kung Fu Tea

Awesome place! The employees are very kind (and patient, for people like me who take a while to pick what they want to order). Their drink menu is pretty extensive, and so is their toppings selection. They also have a bunch of fun board games to keep you entertained while you wait for your order or to play while you savor your drink. I always have a great time here when I come with my friends, I’d highly recommend trying out Kung Fu Tea!

We ate dinner at Yin Tang again and it's always hard to choose between the two restaurants next to it. Today we chose Kung Fu Tea and were delighted to see all these new and different flavors. Drinks were good, we got a variety and it was a nice, relaxing atmosphere to enjoy drinks after a big meal. The two servers were working as hard as they could to get all the drinks out. we will definitely be back.

Spent $5.65 on a really bad Thai tea. It is a carrot orange colored drink, but theirs is off white. Hmm They offered to remake it, but made the same weird drink again. Looked and tasted all wrong. I threw it away. Then I thought, for the price of that waisted drink, I could have spent it on a gallon of gas. Will not return.

This is the third time in a row I’ve had a bad experience here. First issue- I always use the app and it has a glitch that doesn’t correctly list store hours and let’s you place an order when the store is closed (without knowing it). My card was charged regardless and the store told me it could not be fixed- the first time I came back the next morning to redeem a “credit” and they were out of the topping I ordered… the second time was this morning. I waited 15 minutes for the store to open only to walk in and find out what I ordered was not even available. Second issue- happened today, but they don’t have boba during all opening hours. I understand it takes time to make but it’s their most popular topping. I would not have ordered here if I knew this and could not wait, nor could they give me a partial refund. Third- employees are hit or miss but most are friendly… however. There have been several times I have approached the right side of the counter to pick up a pre-paid, online order and just been 100000% ignored, ending up waiting anywhere from 10-20 minutes for the ice to melt and integrity of the drink to weaken. I understand there is a long line sometimes - if they have time to make it during rush, do they not have 5 seconds to hand it over the counter? This is just not the place I want to continue to spend money. I also agree with the other reviewer about the Thai tea- it is not orange nor flavored right, do not order it.
