Visited this location Saturday evening and was treated horribly by the night manager pictured here. He refused to take my order at the register, after already ignoring me at the drive thru…. For no reason. But he did service other Spanish speaking customers. I am black and feel his mistreatment of me was racially motivated. My children were confused as to why he wouldn’t take our order and we eventually ended up leaving with no food. As I took his picture and told him I would report him, he threatened to call the police…yes, please call the police so we can ask them why you’re refusing to serve black patrons. I have reported this incident to corporate and am waiting to hear back. The day crew is wonderful at this location but do not visit here in the evenings unless you’re Hispanic or you won’t receive service…

I placed my order online. There wasn't any option to customize my burgers. As I pulled into the drive-thru, I tried to pick the drive-thru option. It wasn't available for some reason I don't even understand, so I selected take-out option. Then merely seconds later I asked the drive-thru person to put the cheese for the burgers on the side. She refused to help and said the order was already in the kitchen, so I would have to come inside to make any changes and to collect my order. I had to pull around, get my kids out of the car to go in, and once inside, I had to deal with rude employees again before they redid the burgers with cheese on the side. Terrible customer service all around.

Be aware that if you want to speak in Spanish, want to use the drive thru and ask something about your order, you are going to receive a rude answer and just to clarify I wasn't rude or mean, it was just a question about my order, I know they are busy but I'm pretty sure that they are trained to attend everyone in a courteous manner, maybe next time I'm going to try speaking English instead of Spanish

Completely Average The food is always the same, being pretty tasty but never amazing and never bad. They usually have the ice cream machine functional. Customer service is pretty decent too, and the floor looks relatively clean, but I’ve never seen bike racks. For every slightly good thing, there’s a slightly bad thing, both so insignificant that it creates a consistent, basic experience perfect for a restaurant like a McDonald’s. If you want to be impressed go elsewhere, but if you want somewhere quick and consistent, such as on travel, this location is a good choice
