Domino's Pizza

I just wanted to let a delivery driver named Robert know that i’m so far beyond impressed with his customer service skills, his attention to detail, and the love that he puts into his job. To tell a little bit about my story I had not seen him in probably a year and a half and just based off the name of the order he knew exactly who I was and upon opening my door he greeted me with a very warm and and loved greeting. I’ve worked in the service industry most of my life and words can express how wonderful and cared for that made me feel. Robert I hope you see this And I hope all of your upper management see this. I will also be calling the store tomorrow to make sure somebody knows about this interaction. That was the embodiment of hospitality I’m extremely grateful to have met you and I hope this company is taking care of you. People like you should be safe guarded and beyond. Ordered delivery, and after 1+ hour of waiting i had to drive over there to get my food. Come to find out it was never made, and they didn't know where the food went. I had to then wait again for them to make the food for me. They offered extra appetizers but it was still extremely frustrating that i couldnt get a refund. I paid a delivery fee and a generous tip online, and it ended up with me waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes in total including me driving to the store to pickup my food. Team was very apologetic but this must not happen again. I want a refund for the delivery fee i was charged and tip.

Usually have good experiences here but last time I came here there was only one young lady with black hair working making pizzas. And then like 6 older folks just kinda sitting around while these 6 geriatric employees try to figure out where my pizza is. It took 20 minutes of waiting and then trying to find my pizza for the girl making pizza to go heres your pizza. And it wasn't even the right one but I wasn't going to come back and wait longer for it to be correctly sorted out. And bless that young girl's heart because she was working so hard while everyone else did jack squat. Give that young lady a giant raise and cut the weak links.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. The customer service is outrageous & non existent!!! We ordered at 9:20pm. It is currently 11:01pm and i have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. The tracker has been showing delivered for about 40 minutes. We call them and they say that the tracker is inaccurate. What a waste of time and money and a Saturday night gone terribly because of Domino’s Pizza. Zero accountability and terrible system. SHUT DOWN YOUR POOR EXCUSE OF A STORE. Who knows if i’ll even get my 40 dollars back?!

Where do I even start? Very rude workers, wings didint have sauce I choose Buffalo but they seems to be plain, they just added a small amount of buffalo that it didn't cover not even half. They gave me a different pasta from the one I ordered. Pizza was not cut all the way. This is the worst Dominos location I have been. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

this is actually the worst dominos i’ve ever tried to order from. they told me they delivered to me and and then after taking my money they canceled my order and refuse to give me my money back. i’ve called the store many times trying to get my money back and they keep actually hanging up on me. i’ve never ever ever ever had anyone talk to me the way the assistant manager did. most disrespectful people i have ever had to come in contact with. -0 stars. pos place

If I could ZERO STARS I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Look at all the reviews, they only take your money. PLEASE DISPUTE THE SCAMMED Charges through your Bank. You can order a Pizza/Wings, and take our Money, but NEVER DELIVER, or say it’s been delivered and we NEVER received our order. WHERE IS CORPORATE & WHY ARE THEY STILL ALLOWING THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO REMAIN OPEN????? WHY????
