Going to add to the common theme here - the guy with the fake deep voice who works nights is the rudest human I have ever met. I don’t know who he’s related to, but I am totally lost how he still works there. I will be turning right around and going elsewhere if he’s there (which I’d probably have to do anyway, given that he wouldn’t ring me up tonight because “he didn’t feel like it”). The rest of the crew is fantastic, but this one person makes me glad I’m moving and will never have to come here again

Very rude night clerk. He refuse to sell me a scratch off ticket in the morning. He stated that he was told not t sell tickets that early in the morning. I contacted the store manager and he said he would speak with him, so far no results. He continues with his rudeness and like of customer service skills.

This place is a disgrace to Plano. The parking lot is dotted with gum and goop. No effort has been made to clean this station in a very long time. It is the closest gas station to my home, and we frequented it several times a week when our kids were young. Now We only buy gas there in emergency situations. I feel like it is disgrace to our city and to 7-11 clients. Like, “Spend your money here, but we will make no effort to make you feel comfortable and welcome.“

The overnight clerk on the weekend is the rudest p.o.s. I have encountered in quite a while. I have always been friendly with the guy as I am with everyone. He has always acted like he hates customers but recently began trying to make every transaction as unpleasant as possible. Hasn't carded me for months and all of a sudden he ask for my i.d. every time. Won't let me just show him because he requires that i put it down so he can pick it up and inspect it. I am a grey haired 12 inch long beard having 44yr old.I asked him if I had done anything to offend him at some point and he refuses to answer my question or even acknowledge that I am speaking to him. I will be speaking to the manager at the first opportunity. Everyone else that works in the store is incredibly friendly

I went into this store at 5:45 a.m. one or two days after Christmas. I bought a $50 ticket and a $20 lottery ticket. I told the guy that I accidentally bought the wrong $50 ticket and I wanted a refund. He told me he did not know how to do the refund. Then when I asked to speak with the manager he told me that he was the franchise owner and there was nothing that the corporate office could do about it. Then when I asked his name he refused to give it to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WT THIS STORE. They lost a very loyal customer that spent a lot of money in that store
