Ummmmmm they were supposed to be open until 10pm. I arrived at 933.
There's not even a person in there . They closed for the day at least an hour ago.

Service is subpar. Music too loud and today the manager came out of the office and proceeded to start talking to the employee who had just greeted me. He was talking about the work schedule and someone who wasn't there. This took five minutes all the while myself and someone who came in after me had to stand and wait to order. I mean what comes first the paying customer or a conversation that should not have been had on the sales floor. I have given this place too many retries. I'll be going to a different one from here on out.

Been visiting this place for a few years now almost weekly. A new owner must have purchased it. Over the last few months their service has gone down as well as their portions they put on the sandwiches. Really unfortunate cause I did appreciate visiting this location and did frequently.

The teenage employees close this store a whole hour and 30 minutes. I went at exactly 8:40pm on a Friday. And this location was closed. The employee didnt even acknowledge the fact that I was knocking on the door.

4 times, I have tried to give them my large order business and because the two same ladies that happen to be there don't answer the phone, Mr. Sandeep ( the owner) is losing business he could use. The food is great, but the service is pathetic.

I have gone pently of times for breakfast and they would be open, but recently they have been close since last year October. Very disappointed about them being close when it says that they are open.

Why am I having to wait in line for an ONLINE ORDER? It defeats the whole purpose of the Express pickup! The owner obviously needs to hire more people!
