Tuna sub with cheese and all the toppings.
I started coming to this subway. They don't have many employees, but, the service is pretty fast. It has been good service each time that I have come here.

Food is always OK. Just this time service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Looked like no managers were present just to high school age kids that did not know what they were doing. Each one had to ask the other how to do something. I was really tempted to go off and tell them to hurry the beat up or I am walking out. Then I thought, what if that was me what I want a customer talking to me that way so I kept my cool and my mouth shut. I don’t think there was a manager present, I am used to that location being quite a bit faster than it was today. Honestly these kids look like they were in high school. So to summarize, very slow, unprofessional and Unattempted. I’ve ran businesses before and kids like that would not last a week better yet a month in my business. I would have said you are not showing a willingness to learn and you are purposely making the customer wait longer than they should. I don’t think this is a good fit for you. Turn in your uniform, you’re done. This would be if it were me running that subway. Those Kids are unprofessional, if I go back into that subway and those kids are running it. I am just walking out. I don’t tolerate laziness as a manager or a customer.

It’s a bad restaurant. There is only one server. Waiting time is 20 minutes not as good food as other subway.

DON'T ORDER ONLINE ON SUNDAY NIGHTS!
I've ordered online from this location several times. Of the past 3 times, two in the past 3 weeks have been on Sunday night. Every time there has been an issue upon pick-up where my order is not ready and the guy working claims the machine isn't working or he didn't get the order. I've only ever had an issue when this one employee is working. He makes you pull up the email receipt and then claims we need to pay again because we "didn't pay him" even though I literally show him where it's been charged to my card AND the payment confirmation number on the email. Then he claims we didn't order to the correct store, so I show him the address and he acts like he doesn't know the address he is working at.
Once he finally agrees to make the order, he doesn't understand when we explain the way we ordered the sandwiches and gets upset. He told my fiance to calm down that he is "only human too" when he tried to repeat the order for the 3rd or 4th time. I'm not sure what's going on, but someone needs to properly train this employee on the online order machine because this is getting ridiculous.
You also can never get through on the phone as it is always a busy signal. I'm pretty sure they take the phone off so they don't have to take phone orders.

The WORST customer service experience I ever had in my life!!! EXTREMELY bad!!! I ordered footlong sandwich and when he was checking my order out, I remembered to have it packed separately meaning both 6” in different wrap. So I asked him and first I apologized that I forgot to tell you before but it would be great if you still do it for me. He didn’t answer and kept staring at the screen as he was accepting the payment. So I asked him again if he could do it. He looked at me and said I have another customer, I can’t do it and walked away. This customer just walked in when he was accepting my payment so it was not that he was waiting for a super long time. Until then I was the only customer in the store. This is insane. I would never ever buy from this store.

0 stars! Just left this place. This place is dirty! While the staff is friendly, they couldn't care less about the cleanliness of the place. Every table was dirty (we wiped down our own table). The floors were nasty, and the male bathroom was clogged with napkins. They threw away 3-4 breads before being able to make our order because flies kept getting on them. All of the meat and vegetables are exposed. Needs new management, this is the worst Subway I have ever visited. Disgusting!

I like the location of this store, because it's convenient and not much traffic. However, I have had too many incompetent experiences to continue to come to this location. This morning I went to get my usual, and the employee was very nice, but when the card machine had technical difficulties, she didn't know what to do. Instead of offering me the sandwhich for the amount of cash that I had (I had a little over $6), she decided to keep the sandwhich or throw it away. What kind of economical sense does that make? I would not have been as upset if it were not raining and I didn't drag my baby into the store, but to discard the sandwhich was completely wasteful. I went to the location 2 miles away, where my card worked fine and the gentleman was very accommodating.
