Sonic Drive-in

Dude… look at this burger I ordered pickles, cheese, Mayo, lettuce The lettuce is literally the core of a lettuce head and the tomatoes which I didn’t order are almost see thru. I had to eat it as I’m in a rush. And I don’t necessarily blame the workers but DANG THIS IS TRASH. Especially compared to my other sonic order

This is an incredibly mismanaged location with a franchisee asleep at the wheel. It is always woefully understaffed to the extent that orders can take upwards of 20 minutes to be brought out, and their Internet connection is always down which prevents you from using the app (where items are half-price, and I have to wonder if the system being down at *just* this location is deliberate). Sonic should revoke this franchisee’s license and give it to one of the hundreds of people who actually want to be actively involved in running a business.

Sonic serves the best fresh tasty food, prompt service, can order from an app, and just pick up, no waiting at all. big fan of the potato taters, cinnasnacks , french taste, grilled cheese always yummy, onion rings and peppers are the best. Classic and master milk shake blasts are very tasty, and service is always excellent!!! Big fan of chicken popcorn and chicken wraps, nice and crispy fresh chicken.
