Whataburger

Ordered a chicken sandwich. The only thing consistent about the chicken on the sandwich was that it was inedible. The texture is like fibrous plastic and it came both burnt and cold. Attached is a picture of the sandwich. I will never eat here again, and I recommend stopping at the dairy queen nearby instead.

I came into the store and was the only costumer there. I was looked at several times but never given service. Another costumer came in about 8 mins after me and stood and waited. After about 9 minutes we both walked out. I went next door to the taqueria in the Shell gas station and was given service immediately. So here a photo from them. I highly recommend them

Wife wanted to try this as we don't have these by us. She got the double meat meal I think it was with swiss and onion rings. The burger itself was pretty decent size and it was better than McDonald's. Not saying much there but if I had a choice I'd get this 10/10 times over McDonald's. Oh and she spicy ketchup was pretty tasty.

I order at least 1x monthly for my team at work. I placed an order for 11 pancake platters earlier today, to be ready/picked up at 5:20am. I arrived at Whataburger at 5:05am and waited to pull through the drive-thru until my pick-up time. I car ahead of me. When I get to the window, I was told to pull around the front so my order could be brought out. Cool. I pull around and wait. An employee comes out with my order and states that he has included extra syrups and utensils. Great! The bag contained only half of my order. So I thought naybe he was bringing the other half out in a separate trip. It became obvious that he wasn't coming back out, so I go back thru the drive thru. When I get to the window again, I was told to pull around to the front again. It is now 5:45am. My team meeting is at 6am. I finally get the rest of my order. Gpt to my office and I had 19 sets of utensils and 6 syrups....for 11 pancake platters. No butter. Fortunately, I had brought extra syrup and butter from home. Upon inspection of the pancakes, they were all really dark & borderline burnt. Mine were tough. It was such a let-down. My team was really excited about their breakfast. I wish I could say that this was unusual, but honestly, each time I place a large order for my team, it is never ready when I come to the drive thru and bagged up poorly. My team loves the food and this location is most convenient to my office so I will have to continue to put up with sub-standard service. What a shame.

I’ve never eaten at Whataburger before and my friend told me that it is a pretty big deal in Texas. We had to order the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit, they only serve these after 11 o’clock at night and apparently it is the thing to do. After 11 the first suggestion is to go buy some of these biscuits. They were very good. I wouldn’t say they were the best thing on the menu, but they have a really good flavor. The chicken with the honey butter all on a yummy biscuit just really satisfies all cravings that one might have at 11 o’clock at night. 6/10 We also decided what the heck and ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger. This was surprisingly yummy. Whenever I eat a fast-food burger I compare it to McDonald’s and this was a whole new level and didn’t remind me of McDonalds burgers at all. It was juicy and had the perfect combo of mushrooms and Swiss. Definitely a 9/10. The last thing we ordered was the Dr. Pepper Shake. I’m not a big fan of Dr. Pepper but this blew my expectations out of the water. I would eat this every weekend if I lived in Texas, so its a good thing I don’t. You need to try this when you’re at Whataburger. 8/10
