Uno Chicago Grill - Plattsburgh

Great family dinner...had menu items for the whole family..a rare thing with my very picky tween. Service was excellent. Appetizers came out quickly with entrees soon following. The waitress asked us if we needef refills before we thought to ask. And I must say...dessert was divine..large peanut butter cup and vanilla ice cream all covered with chocolate syrup. Casual dining..good for kids.

I very much enjoy my visits to Pizzeria Uno, we used to have one back in Maryland. Every time I have visited the Uno in Plattsburgh, the service has been great, and I always enjoy the pizza. I personally always go for the thick crust pizza, but that is what I like. They also have a thin crust as well, but I have never tried it. With the thick, I love the big chunks of tomato, and their sauce has a good flavor. If you like pizza (and most do), and you are in the Plattsburgh area, it's for sure worth a visit..

Service was a slow. The wait staff was very friendly. Food was yummy! I had the cobbler salad and chicken wings. I should have asked what the size portions were, I'm used to living in the Philippines, individual portions are a lot smaller. I forgot we were in the U.S., portions are massive! I finished the salad but couldn't finish my wings. Everything was delicious, it was such a shame. Next time I'll take one or the other and not both!

Really nice open air type of restaurant oh, you don't feel crowded, my wife and I love the shrimp scampi they do it so well there. We always have good waiters or waitresses oh, and the prices are reasonable and fair. The place is clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable. All in all a really good experience.

The plattsburgh location took care of my family out on the patio. Real big party and everything went awesome! The server was a complete professional. Always smiling and working hard. Never seemed stressed. The food runners and managers all helped assist him. It really went well. The food was hot and the salads were cold. The bar tender had all the drinks out, quicker than i thought they could. And I was a bartender for years at Outback steakhouse. Nice job guys, thank you
