Located in a gorgeous building, this was a nice place to have dinner, especially since we could see the sunset so nicely. The beer here is solid, nothing bad to say at all. They may have one of the tallest burgers I've seen in a while given it was nearly as tall as my beer glass. The tacos were recommended to us and they did not disappoint at all.

Nice selections of their varied offerings, with details about each beer were posted on a large chalkboard. I had the "Raging Cajun" burger with fries, both very tasty. Staff friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere in a restored 1800's military barracks

Delicious food, wide variety of spirits, including locally brewed beer, and friendly service! Gluten free options include tacos, and gluten free buns for burgers. Great kids menu and high chairs available. Outdoor dining is available as well. Dinner hours are usually very busy, so get there early. Reservations are only available for parties of 10 or more, otherwise first come, first serve.

An old air-force base converted into a brewery. Loved the look of the building even have rooms for rent (I wish I had known ) A great selection of beers food was tasty and wholesome. Sat in the porch on the rocking chairs and enjoyed the sun. Friendly and informative staff.

The history of the building alone is worth a stop. The beer is good too. And don’t forget to checkout the jets on display nearby.

Great brewery.... Great history on building... Well done since it was an abdonded haunted structure! Food and beer both good! The old stone barracks! If your in Plattsburgh you owe it to stop in 😉

The food was good, the location is under staffed for a weekend rush. Several beers are out of stock. Several menu items are out of stock. Pictures are the pretzels, the raging Cajun burger and the house salad with salmon.
