The service there is A1 ! the chicken burger and fries I had were delicious. That is my go to spot when I hit the road to go to NYC. Overall the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Ample tables and chairs to sit down. Super clean restaurant. 5 / 5

This is certainly my staple restaurant when I'm about to go camping in NY state. They are always quick and food comes out fresh. Staff is friendly restaurant is clean what else can I say? The Spicy original chicken sandwich is always my order with a side of chicken nuggets and Zesty Buffalo! You can't go wrong. Thanks for the service.

Best experience at chick Fil a so far. Dani made it unbelievably simple to order , gave me adequate sauce and all. Great interaction she deserves a raise. Good job on Michael placing her in her position she really made my day this morning. Turned it all around. I’m sure other guests have hopefully similar experiences. Thanks Chick - Fil - A

This was my first experience I was so excited to go to be left extremely disappointed. My fries were to just plain waffle fries also they so cold and uneditable reminded me of cardboard. The chicken was hot and fresh but I can way better chicken at home. I didn't find their selection to be that great. If you want fast food KFC, McDonald's and burger King are way better than place. Also the restrooms were extremely dirty.

Had been told by many that this is the best chicken on the market. My wife and I had our first expirence with chic fil a at the Plattsburgh location. I will say that we both very much enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and even the decor was above par from what you would expect from fast food. In closing, Hats off to you Chic fil a to bad your so far away.
