Excellent place with a beautiful lakefront view. The staff provided excellent customer service, way beyond that expected from typical fast food. My husband does not typically go to McDonald’s, but this place won him over.

Very disappointed today with ordering breakfast, we always order the same thing, not only did they get our order wrong but when we told the woman at the pickup window she was very rude. We told her obviously our changes incorrect, and she literally snapped at us, and said just drive to the next window and I'll make up the difference for you. She was very unpleasant, not something you want to deal with first thing in the morning that's for sure

The drive through was very busy but they managed everyone in a very quick manner and our order was correct, hot and neatly stacked in the bag. The afternoon shift is doing a great job!

One of the best customer service experiences. This morning I went in and hoped to try my new mobile app after trying to use it for about 15 minutes, I asked one of the employees, Vicky for help. Not only did she stop what she was doing to help try to help me with the app at the Mobile kiosk, she also took my personal order at the front register and since my code wasn't working she gave me my breakfast on the house. She was kind, patient and very positive
Thank you Vicky for brightening my morning.

A nicely updated restaurant located directly on Lake Champlain. The new drive thru is great.

Ordered double cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. Everything was made with flattened bottom rolls. It was like eating a hamburger on squished sliced bread. Only got a "yeah, we know" they could have said something when we were ordering.

My order was fine but the employees behavior was crazy. One girl in the drive thru was in a tirade about a coworker, laced with expiative.
