Staff at this D&D are extremely rude. They are busy talking about each other, who is dating who, party is where and nearly always get the coffee order wrong. They really have one job...coffee. New rules and regulations daily according to the staff the manager said both seniors have to go inside the store to get discount. I am disabled and in the car but can't get in and out of store as easily. The staff said no discount if you do not go in. OMG. Really. This is ultimately the worst D & D in Plattsburgh. Do not recommend.

The service I recieved today was a bit uncalled for in my opinion. The girl working the drive thru was not only complaining about her job and others performance with the window open but she practically shoved my drink at me, just threw the donut for my child In the bag and was rude when giving me back my card after payment. I quote in her words "There you go" in a cranky annoyed tone. I understand that some people have "off days" but don't take it out on a paying customer.

Pleasant service and usually right on with my order, only thing is make sure your covers are on your drinks because I wore two of my drinks do to the covers not being on right, other than that all in all a good experience!

Ordered a sausage, egg & cheese croissant. They completely forgot the egg, when we went in to correct it the person making it seemed to have an attitude when it was her own fault. Hash browns tasted freezer burnt and were honestly to gaging point old/bad. Coffee wasn't even stirred but overall it was good. Horrible service and workers, they definitely do not check on their food in the freezer as well. I'd be shocked if they even put time stamps on anything like they're supposed to. Definitely do not recommend this location.

My go to DD! The staff are right out straight, yet they are in good spirits and efficient to the nth degree.
My order is always exact and a thank you is always exchanged with smiles. I appreciate their hard word in today's world.

Well went in to order different donuts. Understand flies in the facility. But to have flies land on the donuts is very unsanitary. There were no covers over the donuts or window doors to keep the flying insects out. Service was quick, staff was friendly. I just did not like the flies on my food.

My order was incorrectly made and when I requested that it be remade the counter person was very nice but the person that remade it was very rude. She said her name was Lilly and argued with me about my order. I would not recommend this location.
