Every time we go shopping our son (12) always wants donuts and an ice cream. It's not just the food these two lovely people really care about their customers and make our son feel extra special, they always greet us with a smile and know what he is going to order before he even says anything. They make our weekend food shopping experience great, keep up the great work

The lady working behind the counter most days won't let you walk away without trying to up-sell you 7 other things you never asked for.
Pushy sales tactics like this are really off-putting and make for an uncomfortable customer experience at best.
And as for the donuts themselves?
I've only ever tried their cinnamon donuts and sadly, they were disappointingly dry. On par with coles quality cinnamon donuts.
Won't be returning anytime soon.
