Bingley's Bistro

What an amazing little restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, service was second to none. Kids were treated with the same care, reepect and attention as the adults. I had the lamb chump, really well made, knife just feel through the potatoes, and so flavoursome. Pudding was sticky toffee pudding with ice cream, let's just say it didn't last longer than 5 mins after I took the pic! In our party we had a vegetarian and a gf and both were catered for incredibly well. Can not recommend this little gem enough, definitely worth a trip if you are down here 😊

I cannot speak too highly of this first class restaurant. On the outside it is reassuringly unpretentious. Inside is a surprise - welcoming, warm and comfortable in what turns out to be a room with original 19th Century decorations, within part of a 16th Century building. Excellent service. A good choice of wine at sensible prices. And last but definitely not least one of the best plates of food I have enjoyed in a long time - simple, but beautifully cooked and presented - perfect in every way. I look forward to visiting again. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening in this newly refurbished character restaurant. Delicious food as before and the same friendly ambience. The luscious Pork Belly and Ribeye Steaks went down very well. I had the beautiful Mango Pannacotta dessert coupled with a glass of Sauternes wine. A great finish.
