About 6 weeks ago I fell downstairs and tore a tendon in my knee. On holiday at the time, Poole A&E was our nearest hospital. On arrival everyone was very friendly and professional. Not too long a wait we saw triage nurse and had appointment for following day. Next day I was treated exceptionally well by the urgent treatment team. I cannot express my thanks enough. Special mention goes to Russell Baird who attended to me for most of the day. I cannot fault the hospital and its devoted staff.

I recently underwent a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Professor Ilankovan at the Maxillofacial surgery department in Poole Hospital. The purpose of the operation was to address my breathing difficulties caused by a broken nose in several places. I am happy to share that the surgery was a great success, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Professor Ilankovan's dedication and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. He attentively listened to my concerns about anaesthesia and the appearance of my nose post-operation, and he managed to ease my worries, making me feel comfortable and confident in his care. Now, after the procedure, I can breathe much more easily, and the misshapen appearance of my nose has been completely corrected. This operation has significantly improved my quality of life by allowing me to breathe clearly and effortlessly. I am genuinely grateful to Professor Ilankovan, the medical team and nurses in the aftercare ward at Poole Hospital for their expertise and exceptional care. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of similar treatments.

My daughter was taken into hospital yesterday 25/07/2023 by the most amazing paramedics, I can’t remember their names as I was quite upset when they arrived. One was from New Zealand and one was in car sales years ago before he became a paramedic. I can’t express my thanks enough, these guys are special people who do a great job, they really care about their patients, they go above and beyond. Thank you guys
