Dwight is an excellent pit master! The BBQ was excellent as were the sides. Warning! It’s a ton of food and hubby and I could’ve shared but bbq leftovers are super! It’s worth the drive and seriously fantastic, including fall off the bone ribs and chicken. Super friendly and a joy to visit with.

Had the rib and brisket dinner with side of collard greens and mac and cheese. The sides were great and brisket was ok the ribs I got were slightly overcooked from u see in the picture . I will go again at a later time and see if the ribs look better and try the chicken. But I give it 3 out of 5 hopefully next time the ribs I get aren't overcooked on the grill. Other than that it was good. But I will come back for a second try.

Mr Jones has such an amazing menu of food. We have enjoyed every plate. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel welcomed each time you visit. Try the brisket, wings, ribs, dirty rice, mac & cheese, fries, sweet potato pie......just try everything on the menu!!

Wow! I don’t even know if there are words to describe just how amazing this place is!
Stopped by for the first time after driving by it more times than I can count. We had the brisket and the pulled pork. The owner gave us a single rib when we said it was our first time there. That one rib made me want to get an entire rack!
We can’t wait to come back! If I could give this more than five stars then I would.

We are not locals but we found this little road side smoke house and were not disappointed! For a big order, it was impressively quick service!
And the FOOD! My goodness, I've never tasted fall off the bone meat like Joe's Old School BBQ! I suggest the full rack of ribs and Cole slaw! So Good!

Wow. Brisket brisket brisket brisket. You want the brisket. Trust me. I'm almost positive my man Mr Jones fell from heaven because GOOD LORD THE BRISKET IS DIVINE!!! I've driven by this place 1 million times. You have too....... STOP...... EAT....... you won't regret it. Absolutely amazing. I'm not going to any other BBQ place

NOW, this is bbq! The brisket melts in your mouth. Ribs fall off the bone without any effort. Great flavor! I'll going back again.
