Usually service is excellent at this location. Not on this day. I entered at peak lunch time just before noon on Sunday, two female employees there speaking with other barely turn as I come in, say nothing except to someone in the back "some ones here". A male employee comes up front and just stands at the register.. okay, i guess that means I should order now? I place my order and wait for my order. as im there I ask so these come with pickle spear? No you have to pay for it. ...sorry, I'll just stop. Service was terrible on this day.

I'm one to RARELY write a bad review, but please get rid of the AWFUL staff member in the front. The guy at the front counter (working the phone and cash register 5:30 on 12/3/18). He is extremely rude and condesending. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Another employee had to come out and help me because the guy at the cash register was so nasty and unhelpful and talking to me as if I was an idiot. No wonder this location didn't get good reviews. How sad. If you don't like your job...then quit. Absolutely no reason to take it out on a customer who was nothing but respectful and just needed simple assistance paying with Apple Pay. Hopefully no one else needs to encounter that miserable human being.
