Big Apple Pizza

The front door has a passive aggressive sign that says NO MASK NO SERVICE. Yeah ok so i walked in there half the employees weren't wearing a mask. I don't care about masks either way and I would rather not wear one. If you are going to put a huge obnoxious sign like that up maybe your employees should be following it. Never give this place your money let them go out of business. the short spanish guy making pizza also things hes a tough guy what a loser bro you make pizza for a living .

I'm very disappointed with the quality of the pizza., but mostable with their lack of customer service. As you can see in the attached pictures, the pizza came burned., so I called and ask for a replacement, I couldn't believe their answer when they told me they can not take it back because since my kids already eat some of the slices, so they couldn't sale it back to someone else. That means it the pizza was whole, they would take it back and put it for sale for other customers. How nasty is that, they will bring pizza from someone's house and they will resale again. But the way my total bill was almost 100, and yet they didn't take care of me as their customer. I will never buy from this place again. And I will share my experience with all my friends and family.
