Delicious food!!! And wonderful service. A great first stop off the Turnpike. Flavorful chicken, awesome sides and sauces, ice cold beer, reasonable prices. Very clean and pandemic conscious. Thank you!

Tonight's tropichop was perfect, I opted for the lettuce base, chicken for my protein ( tender and flavorful) topped with corn, tomatoes, onions, and you can also have black beans I chose not to (watching the carbs!) Every bite was delicious.. Cesar salad was good. Their mango tea comes unsweetened and it doesn't need any sugar! Staff was friendly.... Best part of the meal dipping my chicken into their cilantro sauce!

Lines are always a bit long but food is good. Gotta love those plantains ☺️😋☺️

Horrible service! Almost everytime I purchase from them they always forget to add something. Yesterday I purchased the family meal for $21 they didnt add my beans or plantains. I call the location and they never answer the phone! This isn't the first time. Usually they forget my bread. I will not order from them again!

It was my first time being at Pollo Tropical an for my first sandwich was a pole pork sandwich, I'm not much for pork but that sandwich was amazing. They may have been a little skimpy on some of their food but if you wanted to try something new I would recommend this place

Food was good but very little pork is provided with family meals. Chicken a tad bit dry. Drive thru is a nightmare so be prepared. Staff should be friendlier to customers.

The line was long which is a good sign I suppose. Ordered the vegetarian tropichop. I enjoyed it and will be returning in the future 😌😊

Went and got a classic Cuban sandwich today. I'm from Miami and it is hard to get a decent cuban sandwich. Disappointed! The sandwich was soggy/wet on sides and on ends. Ate half and microwaved for 35 seconds later. Went in dry came out soggy. This sandwich needs work. Charged $7 plus dollars, not worth the price. Chicken dinners are great!
